Laddus, Saryu Water, Kand Mool: the divine 'Mahaprasad' awaits guests at Ram Temple

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has received over 20,000 packets of 'mahaprasad' ahead of the consecration ceremony for Lord Ram Lalla in Ayodhya on January 22. This special offering, prepared with pure ghee, dry fruits, sugar, gram flour, and water from the sacred Saryu river, will be distributed among VVIPs and dignitaries.

Details of Mahaprasad:

The 'mahaprasad' includes ingredients like betel nuts, unbroken rice, and a sacred cotton red thread roll. Visuals shared by news agency ANI reveal that the prasad box contains items like 'Ram Kand Mool,' 'Sarju Neer,' 'Kumkum,' and 'Rudraksha.'
Gujarat's Bhagwa Sena Bharti Garvi and Sant Seva Sansthan, under the guidance of the Ayodhya Temple Trust, are preparing the 'mahaprasad.' This significant effort involves over 5,000 kilograms of ingredients and a team of about 200 people.

Consecration Ceremony details:

The consecration ceremony, known as pran-pratishtha, is set to take place at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. Pure vegetarian food, including legume, 'thepla,' almond barfi, 'matar kachori,' and millet-based dishes, will be served to the nearly 8,000 invited guests. The event, scheduled from 12:20 pm to 1 pm, will witness the idol of Lord Ram Lalla being consecrated in the temple's sanctum sanctorum. Devotees from across the country have started arriving in Ayodhya to witness this auspicious moment.

This ceremony holds immense cultural and religious significance, drawing the participation of politicians, business leaders, and entertainment industry stars, showcasing the unity in the celebration of Lord Ram's consecration.
